As part of the club desire to achieve Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) status which will enable reduced Business Rates and other Tax advantages the club needs to update its constitution. Please find below both a copy of the current and the proposed new constitution which will be discussed at the next committee meeting, which will be run as an EGM to enable us to adopt the new constitution if agreement is made..
