KIDS ON BIKES 2004

Well structured and supervised cycle training under the auspices of British Cycling and delivered in a safe traffic-free environment. Youngsters from 8 to 16 are welcomed, to learn basic cycling skills and to benefit from improved fitness. The sessions are essentially good fun, usually with a competitive element. Cycling experts are on hand to organise the events and to encourage all participants, with trained first aiders also in attendance.

Sessions are normally two hours long and are pianned as follows:

TUESDAYS 6.45 pm starting APRIL 20
SATURDAYS 10 am starting .JUNE 5

Fees: £2 per child per session
or £5 membership fee
or £35 family membership

Parental Consent forms must be signed before participation, and parental presence is required in respect of younger children.

Participants normally use their own bikes, but we have a range of excellent Lottery-funded racing bikes that can be used free of charge. Helmets are compulsory.
