Espresso (Sunday)
|
Sunday ‘Expresso’ Club Run as the name suggests is the quickest and longest WSW Club Ride. The group meet outside the ex. Woolworths store in the Cornhill at 9 a.m. every Sunday. The route varies weekly depending on weather conditions and the suggestions of the group. The group regularly cover over 55 miles at an average 18mph with a sprint at the end when in sight of the Bury St Edmunds sign (not mandatory!) After about 30 miles everything stops for tea and cake or baked beans if that is your particular passion at one of the regions coffee shops or cafes. New stops are regularly added so no two weeks are the same. For more details contact paul_callow@hotmail.com or call 01284 702552 |
