X - country has begun - and they're still smilling!!
A full team plus supporters turned out for a successful days slipping and sliding in the mud around Framlingham castle.
Otherwise known as cross country running 11 members of the club tackled the testing course around the historic castle and with a full team of runners the club have sta
rted their first season in this new venture with flying colours.
There were some great performances notably that of James Heath (34) overall, Iain Milligan (46) overall and Nicky Brinkman ( 2nd Lady ). A big thank you to all who made the effort as without a full team we cannot really compete against the other clubs. If your thinking about giving these races a go - do come along - its informal and good fun!! Supporters are very welcome too!! Julia
