It was the final round of the league hosted by Colchester Rovers. Course conditions were fairly dry with the main hazard probably being the fallen moist leaves. Mike Bowen turned in another fine performance finishing second in the veteran category and finishing the league in top position for his age category. Richard Muchmore finished in 5th just a minute behind. Barry Denny (43rd and 1st in age category) just held-off Adi Grimwood (44th) who was finishing strongly and the struggling Paul Barry (49th). In the senior race, Richard Stiff finished in 29th.
