Gladiator at Warehouse Wheelers!
Last night (Thursday) was the first of the 6 week Warehouse Wheelers sessions at the Moreton Hall Youth Club. 12 members including a Gladiator enjoyed 45 minutes of music and encouragement supplied Barry including the odd riding style request. This included the Sean Yates (down on the hoods with bent arms or something similar)! www.seanyates.co.uk/ We have room for a few more, so if you are interested in joining us Thursday night at the slightly later time of 7 o’clock next week only, for 45 minutes of spinning followed by recovery and stretching. The club has a few spare rollers / turbo trainers so please contact either Barry or Paul to reserve yours!
Due to room hire cost is £2 and concessions a £1 a session
Back to 6.30p.m. next week!
