Turbo Training Starts - November
TUESDAY NOV 2nd and THURSDAY NOVEMBER 4th
Our evening turbo training nights start again in November. Now we will be holding these at the New Club Room, Priory School, Shakers Lane Entrance.
We will be following same format as previously used at the Denny Bros warehouse, which comprises set-up, warm-up, 45 minutes of effort with encouragement and fast tempo music, warm-down and then about 10 minutes stretching.
You need to bring your bike, a turbo or rollers, a towel (you will perspire!) and a drink. We have a few spare turbos, but not many. We can cope with about 18 participants per session, so arrive in good time to avoid disappointment!
TUESDAYS 6.30 for a prompt 7pm start commencing Nov 2nd
(Mike Cross is offering pre-session and post session runs for Triathletes, so get there in time for that if you’re game!)
THURSDAYS 7.30 commencing Nov 4th for a slightly less demanding session under the coaching of Neville Pettitt, but as with all sessions, go as hard or as easy as you like!
