We have booked the Gosling Velodrome at Welwyn Garden City for all members to try their hand at track riding.

SUNDAY JUNE 6^th   Session time 10am -2pm

Everybody is welcome to ride, this including youngsters, track virgins, occasional trackies and regular racers. There will be coaching available for those that are new to riding fixed-wheel, no brakes and to explain the techniques and etiquette. Welwyn is a 500metre outdoor track with shallow banking and is very easy to ride. It is ideal for first timers.

There are bikes to hire, all shapes and sizes, if you do not have a track bike, and there will be various exercises and programmes through the session to cope with all levels of fitness and confidence.

We will travel down in convoy, after meeting at Denny Bros Ltd, Kempson Way at 8 am, where we can probably arrange some car sharing or you can meet us down there, of course.

The invitation can be extended to non-members and riders from other clubs, BUT I DO NEED NAMES BEFOREHAND, to make sure we can plan the session to meet all needs.
