Friday's Swim Run at the Moreton Hall Health Club
Well done to all those who competed in Friday's Swim Run at the Moreton Hall Health Club,
the weather was fair and the water warm, and everyone agreed it was good fun, good
training and all enjoyed a social drink in the bar afterwards.
Thanks also to our helpers, Mike, Ella, Ross and Harry.
Many people asked if there will be more of these, so we have a provisional date of 25 June.
