To date we have had 2 replies for the proposed swim run on Friday 25 June, please text Julia on 07753 134419 or email jjulia10@googlemail.com to let her know if you would like to take part, as if there is not enough response we will not go ahead with it.

Also we have had no response for the Eastern Region Relays at Gosfield on 11 July, we have managed to enter one mixed team at present but it would be nice to have some more teams entered, be it mixed, ladies or vets.
This is a fun event for all abilities and a great atmosphere, you can bring your families, and even your mother-in-laws! to support.

Distances are 750m lake swim 20k Bike 5k Run in teams of three, every team member does every discipline.

Cost £33 per person.
