Following on from the outstanding success of our competing junior triathletes in 2011, new Junior Triathlon Coaching Sessions will commence from Saturday 8th January 2012. A pilot group of 7 to 16 year olds will be put through their paces on a weekly basis under the watchful eye of our new junior triathlon coach, Rob Hasselder. Sessions will be geared around technique rather than speed or distance, but with triathlon being an endurance sport some hard work is to be expected.
